She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Lewis and Waunita Lewis (Smiley); her husband Lavern Stork; her son Monty Stork; and her brother Gayle Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathryn Moore (Pat) and Debra Campbell; and her daughter-in-law Jacque. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren; a host of other family and friends.
