Joan Wekander Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Wekander of Council Bluffs, Iowa, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on October 6, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Voigt and Ellen Voigt (Lyndrup); her husband Eugene; her son Mark; and her son-in-law Roger Wistrcil.

She is survived by : her daughters, Linda Sorensen (Rich), Faith Patterson (Mike), Kristie Swanson (Steve), Barbara Wistrcil and Pamela Rahn (Dave). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
