He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Smith Sr. and Elizabeth (Osmond); and his siblings, Harry Smith, Jr., Thomas Smith and Kathy Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Pennie Smith (Haven); his children, Tyler Smith, Collin Haven (Sara) and Chase Haven; his siblings, James Smith (Paula) and Becky Smothers (Mitch); and his mother-in-law Cathy Haven. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
