She is survived by: her husband Gary Fields; her daughter Stephani; her son-in-law Doug Kittle of Aurora; her son Tim; her daughter-in-law Agnes Fields of Council Bluffs, IA; her grandchildren, Taylor Peters (Mitch) of Kearney, NE, Jacob Kittle (Maya Arrigo) of Lincoln, NE, Morgan Fields of Omaha, NE and Nathan Fields of Council Bluffs, IA; and her great grandchildren, Eliza and Ledger Peters.
Memorials are suggested to the Shrine Patient Transportation Fund or a charity of the donor's choice.
