With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kelli Green (Council Bluffs, Iowa), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Cox and Constance Cox (Peet); and her brother Jeff Cox. She is survived by: her children, Billie Starr (Vincent Vasquez), James Starr (Jami) and Emily Green; her grandchildren, Liliana, Dallas, Joseph, Melina, Kellia and Jaida; her husband David Green; her pet Chewy; and her siblings, Laura Fanelli (James) and John Cox (Kate). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home (1221 N 16th St, Council Bluffs, IA 51501).
