Kory J. Leiss Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kory J. Leiss (Council Bluffs, Iowa), who passed away on June 19, 2025 at the age of 34. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Kevin Leiss; and his grandparents, Ed, Wilma Mauch, Robert and Charlotte Leiss.
He is survived by: his daughter Maia; his mother Shelli Fox (Ed); his siblings, Kasey Leiss, Kristen Leiss, Mackenzie Leiss (Ethan Moore) and Olivia Fox; his niece Layla Leiss; his nephews, Dawson Embrey and Ezra Moore; and his pet Yogi. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, other loving family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home & Crematory (545 Willow Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51503). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
