He is survived by : his wife Sarah Pridgen; his parents, Harold Polchow and Elizabeth Polchow; his daughter Kara Johansen (Aaron); his grandchildren, Emma, Jaren and Braydon Johansen; his stepdaughter Diane Frazier (Michael Koenig); his siblings, Marie Gascoigne (Joe), Glen Polchow (Candee) and Brad Polchow (Margaret Maruska); and his nephews, Jesse, Jason Polchow, Adam Polchow and Cody Gascoigne. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
