She was predeceased by: her parents, Genevieve L. Aguilar and Epimenio M. Aguilar. She is survived by: her husband Jay Ackland; her children, James Ackland (Mary), Rochelle Clemen (Gerald) and Jessica Hundt (Brad); her grandchildren, Zachary Pohlman (Katherine), Paige Myers (Cole), Genna Clemen, Tate Clemen, Douglas McCambridge (Haley), Justin McCambridge, Brooklyn Stufft (Alex) and Trent Hundt; her great grandchildren, Natalie Mickleson, Isla Pohlman, Charlotte Myers, Harper Lang, Dakota Myers, Isabella Myers and Winnie McCambridge; and her siblings, Anita Wasserburger (Richard) and Ernest Aguilar.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home (1221 N 16th St, Council Bluffs, IA 51501). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Underwood Lutheran Church (10 3rd Ave, Underwood, IA 51576).
The family will direct memorials to Underwood Lutheran Church, Jennie Edmundson Foundation's Breast Health Fund and Midlands Humane Society.
