He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell "Duck" Chenoweth and Donna Chenoweth; his sister Wendy; his friend Mary; and his pet Jake.
He is survived by: his daughter Randi Rae Coffman (Chenoweth); his grandchildren, Blake, Bryce and Ronni Mae; his stepdaughter Kerri Lara Talcott; his stepgrandsons, Ricky and Jared; and his siblings, Russell Chenoweth and Kerri Cooper (Chenoweth). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
