She is survived by: her husband James Straka of Council Bluffs; her children, Chris Straka (Melody Constant), Tyler Straka and Alysha Straka of Council Bluffs; her mother Darlene McClean of Overland Park, Kansas; her brother Mark Winslow (Carrie) of Overland Park, Kansas; and her stepchildren, Benjamin Straka (Serena) of Rock Springs and Shayla Mirzakhani (Michael) of Denver, Colorado. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
