With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael J. Bissell of Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on July 1, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Bissell and Sally A. Bissell (McCart); and his father-in-law Bob Masker. He is survived by: his wife LuAnne Masker of Council Bluffs; his son Brian (Alyssa) of Vancouver, WA.; his grandchild Rylee Jo Bissell; his son Kevin Bissell of Council Bluffs; his sister Karen Sines; his sibling's children, Jason, John and Ottumwa; his mother-in-law Betty Masker of Neola, IA.; his siblings-in-law, John Masker (Debbie) of Neola, Cindy Watson of Council Bluffs and Mary Florence McMahon (Mike) of Omaha; and his aunt Carol McCart-Brennan (Mike) of Marshfield, WI.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
