He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Robin Johnson (Chris), Jason Smith (Dana) and Matthew Smith; and his grandchildren, Alex (Cassie), Ashley (Adam), Kayleen Forrester (Quintin), Erica Bowen Briggs, Cody Smith and Cooper Smith. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
