He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Percy and Elise Steinle Hult. He is survived by: his son Ryan Peter (Suzanne); his wife Jean Ann Visek of Cedar Rapids, IA; his siblings, Polly Schmitz (Jeff) of Spring, TX and Chris of Long Grove, IA; his brothers-in-law, Joe Visek (Sandy) of Mesquite, NV and Charlie Visek (Cil) of Hiawatha, IA; and his nieces and nephews, Patti, Cathy, Jamie, Jolynn, Carley, Callie, Clint, Casey, Matt, Kyle and Joe. He is also survived by numerous cousins, relatives and friends.
