He is survived by: his children, Gypsy Buist, Melanie Henderson (Jermie), Robert "Bobby" Edie III and Daphne Edie; his grandchildren, Andrew, Colton, Alyssa, Jeremiah, Anna, Jonathan, Abigail and Emma; his close friend Keeyla; Sandy Brooks (Mike), Mike Edie (Debbie), Kathy Holt, Deb Maskell (Scott), Stewart Edie and Patrick Edie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to his children.
