He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Neumann and Anna Neumann (Rabe). He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Lyle Neumann (Virginia) and Lori Neumann (Joe Rose); his grandchildren, Heather Waugh (Bill), Rob Neumann (Sara) and Tony Neumann (Trisha); his great grandchildren, Breanna, Will (Tanae), Ben (Bo Thometz), Brayden, Cameron, Kyler, Halle and Leah; and his great great grandchild Ollie.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Timothy Lutheran Church (3112 W Broadway, Council Bluffs, IA 51501). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Crawford Heights Memory Gardens.
