He is survived by: his parents, Joaquin Barajas (Maria) and Christina Martinez; his wife Samantha Dingman; his children, Damion Madsen (Kortni), Heidi Frederick (Skyler), Roberto Martinez Jr. (Lexi) and Celena Martinez; and his grandchildren, Easton of Laetyn, EJ, Zander, Karter, Rylynn and Angel. He is also survived by 3 sisters, 2 brothers, nieces, nephews, and a community of family and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home (1221 N 16th St, Council Bluffs, IA 51501). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
