He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sister Cindy Lofton; his daughters, Ronee Greazel (Ben), Carrie Funkhauser (Scott) and Ashley Funkhauser (Corey); and his stepchildren, John Blanchard (Michelle) and Susan Larsen (Don). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
