She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora G. Clayton and Phoebe Clayton (Harper); her husband George Wasson; her sister Frances Cogdell; and her half-siblings, Dessie Redenbaugh, Nannie Young, Ralph Clayton and Floyd Clayton.
She is survived by: her children, Marta Wasson-Davis (Darrell), Dennis Wasson of Omaha, NE and Larry Wasson (Carolyn) of Tempe, AZ; her stepson George L. Wasson (Barbara) of Pueblo West, CO; her granddaughters, Melissa Kwilosz of Gilbert, AZ and Merideth Gradowski (Kevin) of Tempe, AZ; and her great grandchildren, Catherine, Andrew, Luke and Claire. She is also survived by nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials are suggested to Salem United Methodist Church.
