It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sallisue Burdick of Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on December 1, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rochford "Lee" Budatz and Frances Budatz (Carter); and her sister Carol B. Rath. She is survived by: her husband Delbert Burdick; her daughters, Debbie Olsen (Bob) of Council Bluffs and Diane Wellman (Curt) of Neola, IA; her grandchildren, Jason, Joseph, Justine, Nikki, Alix and Madison; and her brothers-in-law, Ed Rath of Council Bluffs and Larry Burdick of Forest Park, IL. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (4 Valley View Dr, Council Bluffs, IA 51503). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
