He is survived by: his wife Evelyn A.; his children, William Irwin (Betty) of Omaha, Tory Irwin (Emily) of Denver, CO, Tyler Irwin of Apache Junction, AZ, Ken Hall (Sharon) of Lynn, MA, Kimberly Radice (Mike) of Flower Mound, TX and Kerry Hall (Theresa) of Council Bluffs; and his siblings-in-law, Kenny Jackson of Texas and Janeen Irwin of Omaha. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
Sam has suggested memorials to First Baptist Food Bank and Mohm's Place Homeless Shelter.
