She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Packard and Victoria Packard (Enis). She is survived by: her husband Albert "Bill" Webster.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the MidWest Family Worship Center (2540 6th Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51501).
