He was predeceased by: his father Ronald L. Ray. He is survived by: his mother Carol Ray, Sr. (Swigart); and his siblings, Ronald Ray, Jr., Tammy Ray, Amy Cockram (Dan) and David Ray (Pearl). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home & Crematory (545 Willow Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51503). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
The family will direct memorial contributions.
