He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Spratt of Sidney, Robert Spratt (Trudy) of Fort Worth, John Spratt (Kris) of Crescent, Michael Spratt, Jeffery Spratt of Council Bluffs, Deb Case of Council Bluffs, Pamela Devereaux (Wes) of Omaha and Carol DeSantiago of Council Bluffs; his brother-in-law George Markey of Hershey, Nebraska; and his uncles, Robert Petersen (LeAnn) and Gary Spratt (Judy). He is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews; several step nieces and nephew.
