He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Polzin and Eleanor Polzin (Einsphar); his granddaughter Katlyn Polzin; and his siblings, Margaret Ann, Lonnie, Betty and Larry.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Polzin; his son Chad Polzin of Council Bluffs; his grandsons, Zachary and Jacob Polzin; his siblings, Shirley Tanner (Alan) of North Glen, CO, Renee Fritzler (Joe) of Flagler, CO and Robert Polzin (Cheryl) of Delta, UT; and his siblings-in-law, Dana Jedrzejczyk (Ted) of North Platte, NE and Blake Niesen (Teresa) of Lincoln, NE. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
