He is survived by: his wife Pam Duffy of Crescent; his siblings, Kathleen Carmona (KC) of Denton, TX, Jim Duffy of Omaha and Pat Cain (Herschel) of Omaha; and his father-in-law Robert Huebner of Council Bluffs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
