She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Robert B "Doc" Helming and Winifred Helming (Mitchell); her sister Sharon (Jerry Bowen); her nephew Doug Bowen; and her brother Bob Helming.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick Taylor; her children, Lori Puffett (Bill) of Mitchellville, IA and Eric Taylor (Sara) of Overland Park, KS; her grandchildren, David Puffett (Ashley) of Urbandale, IA, Derek Puffett of Denver, CO and Jessica Taylor of La Crosse, WI; and her great grandchild Emersyn Puffett.
In lieu of flowers, Connie requested that memorials be directed to Regional Health Services of Howard County, Howard County Hospice and the Evans Memorial Home.
