He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Carman and Cecelia Carman (Hronek); his daughter Lorrie Carman; his siblings, Gerald, Dale, Virgil Carman, Doris Troxel and Jeane Ahart; and his siblings-in-law, Marcia, Donna Carman, Stanley Troxel, Arvin Christiansen and Bill Ahart.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Carman (Jacobson); his children, Dennis (Kelly), Sheryl Cray (Tom), Roger (Jan) and Keith (Tracy); his grandchildren, Michael Carman (Nicole), Kadie Meyer (Colin), Amanda Davis (Jeff), Adam Christoffersen (Katherine), Jacob (Brooke), Jessica, Caleb Cray, Evan (Cari), Gavin Carman (Kelley), Allie Nuss (Trey), Luke and Riley Carman; his sister Dorothy Christiansen; and his sister-in-law MaryAnn Carman. He is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren.
