He is survived by: his parents, Rick Smith and Janet Smith (Breitsprecher); his siblings, Jessica Smith (Tim Martin) and Christopher Smith; his nephew Jamal Aden; his grandmothers, Dorothy Smith and Sara Breitsprecher; his uncle Fred Smith (Denise Macal); and his aunts, Deb Preist, Karen Wedderspoon (Craig), Cindy Carruth (Ken), Susan Kratz and Vicki (Ehab).
