Wayne Clem Scholbrock Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wayne Clem Scholbrock of Cresco, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 3, 2025 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clem Scholbrock and Dorothy Scholbrock (Holthaus); his daughter Pamela McAllister; his siblings, Orville Scholbrock, Lowell Scholbrock and Beverly Swestka; his siblings-in-law, Roger Swestka, Vernon Eggerichs and Teresa Scholbrock; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Elsie Ness.
He is survived by: his wife Jayne Scholbrock of Cresco, Iowa; his sons, Richard Scholbrock (Sandra) of Hanlontown and Troy Scholbrock (Stephanie) of Cresco, Iowa; his grandchildren, Crystal Brower (Tony), Katie Scholbrock (Molly Roling), Steven McAllister (Alyse), Jessica Ellensohn (Aaron), Nathan McAllister (Anna Dorrell), Erin Kappauf (Joey), Mackenzie McCarroll, Delaney Scholbrock (Duncan Glock) and Saydey Scholbrock; his great grandchildren, Bailey Brower, Brinly Brower, Sawyer McAllister, Aylah McAllister, Brock Balik, Savanna Balik, Sienna Balik, Tristan Ellensohn, Briggs Ellensohn, Morgan Kappauf and Arnold Kappauf; his sister Ivanell Zobeck (Sylvester); and his sisters-in-law, Judy Aberg and Judy Eggerichs. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hindt-Hudek Funeral Home (404 N Elm St, Cresco, IA 52136). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Notre Dame Catholic Church (116 3rd St E, Cresco, IA 52136).
