He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Daley and Loretta L. Daley (Harris); and his siblings, Mary Courtney, Sister Mary Angela, Ruth Daley, John R. and James M. Daley.

He is survived by: his aunt Edna Harris; his children, Michael Daley of Cresco, Jeanne Andersen (Tom) of Osceola, David Daley (Pam) of Cresco and Colleen Brown (Keith) of Cedar Rapids; and his grandchildren, Johann Daley, Amran Daley (Asma) and Norrita Moorman (Mike). He is also survived by his 4 children, 12 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren.
