He is survived by: his parents, John Stephens and Karleen Stephens (Cronbaugh); his son Parker John; his wife Sarah Stephens; his daughter Peyton Stephens; his parents-in-law, Crae and Jodie Geist (Giles); his siblings, Adam Stephens (Quinn) and Abby Elliott (Brad); his sister-in-law Kelsey Neitzel (Nick); his brother Kevin Stephens (Sarah Pearl); his nieces and nephews, Aria, Everly, Liam Stephens, Alice, John, Paul Elliott, Addison and Nash Neitzel; and his grandparents-in-law, Larry and Karon Giles (Andrew). He is also survived by Aunts & Uncles, Cousins, and a very long list of friends.
