She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert H. Herzberg and Ida M. Herzberg (Sunderman); her husband Clyde S. Jensen; her daughter Marilyn Proctor; her grandchildren, Brian Scadden and Melissa Scadden; and her sons-in-law, Johnny Warner and Melvin Scadden.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nadine Scadden of Creston and Joyce Keating (Gary) of Winthrop, Iowa; her brother Bernard Herzberg of Creston; and her brother-in-law Clarence Jensen of Des Moines. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
