We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2025, at the age of 88, Carolyn Bishop of Creston, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil I. Huffaker and Maude A. Huffaker (Sutton); her partner Red Kromminga; her sons, Rodney Bishop and Timothy Bishop; her grandchildren, Jeremy Bishop and Michelle Bishop; her daughter-in-law JoAnne; and her siblings, Gwendolyn Spearing, Donna Martin and Harlan Huffaker.
She is survived by: her son Glen "Butch" Bishop, Jr. (Mary) of Creston; her grandchildren, Jennifer Williams (Danny), Michael Bishop (Ann), Astra Jennings (Waylon), Aric Bishop, Shelby Bishop-Fenton (Shawn) and Jasmine Bishop; and her siblings, Martha Bucklin of Newton, Donnell Huffaker of Baxter and Larry Huffaker (Tesha) of Newton. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren.
