He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Eva Lauer; his children, Candi Brotherton (Tom) of Emmetsburg, Shari Eivins of Cedar Rapids and Jeff, Sr. Dillenburg (Brenda) of Creston; his grandchildren, Nate Brotherton, Ryan Eivins, Jared Eivins and Jeffrey Dillenburg, Jr.; his stepgrandchildren, Gayle Ramaeker, Crystal Harvey and Ben Lundy; and his brothers-in-law, Duane Lauer (Wanda), Dean Lauer (Loretta) and Dennis 'Chip' Lauer (Betty). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
