He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Max and Nancy Ellen Clark (Hedman); and his brother Tom Clark. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Clark of Bonney Lake and Danielle Clark of Sparta, Wisconsin; and his siblings, Chris Clark of Renton, Jeff Clark of Carbon, Iowa and Terry Clark (Michelle Anders) of Washington.
