She was predeceased by : her parent Arlene Louise Richards; her grandparents, Arlo and Lulu Richards; her sister Brenda Shade; her brother-in-law Michael Shade; and her niece Miranda Taylor.

She is survived by : her husband Lyle Bauer of Creston; her siblings, Pamela Hall (Jerry) of Creston, Mark Paxson of Ocoee, Florida, Danny Scott of Afton and Luke Paxson of Creston, Iowa; and her stepsons, Joseph Pingree of Atlanta and Brodie Pingree of Creston, Iowa..
