He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Olive Bailey (Parker) and Bernard Bailey; his wife Charlotte Ann Miller; his children, Keith Bailey and Susan Price; his siblings, Bernard Kenneth Bailey and Enid Young (Dean); and his siblings-in-law, Buzz Miller, Phil Miller and Carolyn Duskin.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Jim Price of New Virginia; his granddaughter Melissa Austin (Shane Austin) of Creston; his brother Arnold Bailey (Flo) of Chester; and his brother-in-law Don Duskin of Creston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
