He is survived by: his former wife Kathy Routh; his wife Rhonda of Creston; his children, Jason Butler (Melissa) of Cromwell, Jennifer Tull (Toad) of Diagonal, Joni Gillam (Jeremy) of Creston, Rob Adams (Angie) of Overland Park and Evin Thomas (Charles) of Rockford, Illinois; his sister Vickie Butler Pierce of Las Vegas, Nevada; his grandchildren, Chase Butler, Blake Butler (Bailea), Gavin Gillam (Maddie), Haylee Gillam, Hannah, Brady Adams, Taya, Rahmel and Mason Thomas; his great grandchild Kye Butler; and his siblings-in-law, David Adams (Martha) of Grand Junction and Vicki Adams (Loveland).
