With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Miller (Creston, Iowa), who passed away on November 13, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Miller and Mae Miller. He is survived by: his brother Charles; his aunt Isabelle; his uncle Bud Loudon; his wife Susan Miller (Masloski); his children, Lon Miller and Angela Flaherty; and his grandchildren, Payton Flaherty and Avery Flaherty.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Church (107 W Howard St, Creston, IA 50801). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (107 W Howard St, Creston, IA 50801).
In lieu of memorials the family asks that you make a donation to or perform an act of service for your favorite faith-based cause in James' name, as he did so much throughout his life.
