He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bingley and Phyllis Marie Means (Stice). He is survived by: his former wife Michelle Andrews; his daughters, Misty Johnston (Brad) of Creston and Summer Murdock (Larry) of Creston; his grandchildren, Saige Johnston, Josie Johnston, Ricci Johnston and Evan Murdock; and his siblings, Vicki Means of Ormond, Nancy Latham (Larry) of Creston, Larry Means (Pat) of Creston and Kevin Means (Andrea) of LaVista, Nebraska. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
