It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Ford of Creston, Iowa, born in Greenfield, Iowa, who passed away on October 24, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, George Audrey Ford and Lorraine Lucille Ford (Eddy); his grandchildren, Tiffany Davis and Christopher Ahrens; his siblings, Illene Coverdale, Jim and Ron Ford; and his nephew Houston Diers.
He is survived by : his wife Kathy Ford (Simpson) of Creston; his children, Jason Ford of Creston, Nathan Ford of Perry, Josh Ford of Perry, Joey Ford (Tiana) of Perry, Carl DeGonia (Crystal) of Diagonal, Karrie Ford-Murugan (Venky) of Kansas City, Leah Crawley (Scott) of Creston, Cari Baker (Casey) of Gravity, Rachel Claiser of Creston, Jenny Fooken (Kurtis) of Creston and Tammy Jessen of Omaha; and his sisters, Peggy Ford of Creston and Linda Diers (Harold) of Creston. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; and many other extended family.
