She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Mildred (Minear) and Henry Louis Purscell; her husband Robert Leonard Carlisle; her stepdaughter Kathy Prentice; her stepson-in-law John Reeves; her siblings, Billy, Larry, Harold Pursell, Bobby Purcell, Marilyn Ticknor (Bill) and Mary Joan Purscell; her stepbrother Sidney Tindle; and her stepfather Merle "Bill" Tindle.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Kelly Reeves of Creston, Michael Prentice of Destin, FL, Mark Prentice (Jerri) of Lower Lake, Calif and Patrick Prentice (Kathryn) of Creston, IA; and her stepsisters, Judy K. Peltier of Omaha, Neb. and Marilyn Tindle of Omaha, Neb.. She is also survived by three step-grandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren.
