She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Eleanore DeWitt (Hatlestad) and William Sayner DeWitt. She is survived by: her husband Gary Beemer of Creston, Iowa.; her children, Adele Rae of Kansas City, Kan, LaRon Beemer (Amy) of Brownsburg and Monte Beemer (Laura) of Leon, Iowa.; her brother Roger DeWitt (Jan) of Wausau, Wis.; her grandsons, Aaron Beemer (Haley) of Pittsboro, Luke Beemer (Andi) of Bloomington and Jonah James of Indianapolis; and her great grandchild Eleanor Beemer.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Powers Funeral Home (601 New York Ave, Creston, IA 50801).
