He is survived by: his former wife Peggy Smith; his wife Jill Marie Mullin of Creston; his children, Michelle Clark of Afton, Dusty Mullin (Rhea) of Creston and Lacy Sheil (Erik) of Kellerton; his grandchildren, Brian, Casey, Carley, Candace, Layla and Grant; his brother Jack Clark (Joyce) of Creston; his sisters-in-law, Patty Clark of Cache, Okla, Janet Smith (Denny) of Afton and Lisa Smith (Terry) of Afton; his parents-in-law, Sandy and Shirley Arnold; and his brother-in-law Jimmie Arnold.
