She is survived by: her husband Rick of Creston, IA; her daughters, Brooke Berg (John) of Creston, IA and Shelbi Snyder (Kasey VanWyk) of Otley, IA; her grandchildren, Brynlee Snyder and Colt McIntosh; her sisters, Lynette Gross of Apache Junction, AZ, Lisa Johns of Creston, IA and Leanna Cook of Afton, IA; her mother-in-law Betty McIntosh of Creston, IA; and her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Nurnberg (Ralph) of Alma, NE and Dan McIntosh (Angie) of Creston, IA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
