It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of MaLinda Klug of Creston, Iowa, born in Gainesville, Missouri, who passed away on October 19, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Sam Farless and Maude Farless (Chatham); her husband Leon "Lee" Klug; and her siblings, Pete, Rass, Jake, Sam Farless, Berthena Hill and Ruth Hogan.

She is survived by : her sons, Greg Abbott (Melody) of Creston and Chris Klug (Amanda) of Grimes; her grandchildren, Cassie Bissell (Kaleb), Samantha Abbott, Aubree Klug and Caden Klug; her great grandchildren, Veda Jo Bissel and Iyla Mae Bissell; her sisters, Betty Smith of Melbourne, Fla., Joan Hodges of Mountain Home, Ark and Barbara James (Vernon) of Gainesville; and her siblings-in-law, Keith Klug (Mary) of Des Moines, Sidney Klug (Jane) of Patterson, Lyle Klug (Mikey) of Lacona and Vicki Cameron of Winterset. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
