She was predeceased by : her parents, John Mitchell and Bessie Mitchell (Kuster); her husband Charlie Taylor; her siblings, Ray Snell, John Kent, Sue Raibikis, Kay Grubbs and Joan Nolan; and her son-in-law Jerry Miller.

She is survived by : her children, Chuck, Craig (Linda), Curtis (Debbie), Christopher (Bud), Crystal and Charles, Jr. (Melissa Wallace) of Ankeny; her grandchildren, Aubrey (Kyle Cook) of Des Moines, Garret (Taylor Linenberger) of Cedar Falls, Evan of Creston and Cayla (Blake Miller); her great grandchildren, Althea and Cordelia of Des Moines; her grandchild Cyle (Jenna); her great grandchild Calvin of Grimes; her grandchild Casey of Des Moines; her son Bud (Sherry Taylor); her grandson Cory of Pleasanton; her great grandchild Crystal (Dave Brown) of Creston; and her brother Sam Mitchell (Paula) of Ogden.
