He was predeceased by: his uncles, Gaylan and Rick; and his aunt Linda. He is survived by: his parents, Butch Miller (Myrna) of Campe Verde, AZ and Sherry Parrott (Bell) of Afton, IA; his pets, Jaxx and Arlo; his wife Lisa; his stepdaughter Mackensea Durham (Bre); his granddaughter Evelyn (Kassidy Jones) of Woodlawn, TN; and his siblings, Scot Miller of Adel, IA, TJ Parrott of Des Moines, IA, Season Trevino of North Platte, NE and Krystal Miller of Porter, OK. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
