He was predeceased by: his parents, David LeRoy "Roy" Ross and Hazel Erma Ross (Werner); his wife Joyce Ross; his parents-in-law, John Walter Latham and Cleone Ruth Latham (Long); his siblings, Gertrude Erma Jennings (Norman), Josephine Cook (Gary) and David LeRoy "Junior" Ross; and his siblings-in-law, Norma Sweet (Francis), Earl Latham (Joyce) and John Latham (Dorie).
He is survived by: his daughter Vickie Lynne Morin (Ross) of Ravenwood; his granddaughters, Megan Faye Bragg (Morin) and Mandi Lynne Hedrick (Morin); his great grandchildren, Brogan Fay Morin O'Connor and Colin Joe Everett Hedrick; his granddaughters, Megan Bragg (Jed) of Elmo and Mandi Hedrick (Wilbur) of Raytown; his great grandchildren, Brogan O'Connor and Colin Hedrick; and his sister-in-law Virginia Ross of Shannon City. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Shannon City Community Church or Arispe United Methodist Church.
