Madison (Jean) of Afton; his grandchildren, Rachel Williams (Jerard), Richard Paul Madison III (Marie), Josh Madison, Nicole Jennett (Andy), Alex Stoll (Victoria), Jeremy Stoll, Brandon Biere (Mollie), Brittney Biere, Shelby Young (Steven), Jacob Madison, Garret Madison, Justin Madison (Steph) and Chelsey Madison; his great grandchildren, Kaden, Jessa Williams, Ulysses, Evelina, Ivan Madison, Olivia, Evan Jennett, Victoria, Amelia, Albert, Felix, Madison Stoll, Zander, Bennett Biere, Rowan, Griffin Young, Isaac and Caden Ditzler; his brother Robert Madison (Jorita) of Des Moines; and his sister-in-law Joy Wallace of Davis City.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are to Jerusalem United Methodist Church of Creston or EveryStep Hospice.
